A pre-paid label from La Poste and a return form are attached to your order.
To make a return, simply fill out the form and stick the pre-paid Colissimo label on your package.
=> If you wish a refund, it will be made within 15 days at the latest upon receipt of your package.
=> If you want an exchange: Contact us quickly by e-mail at the following address: amelie@shoesissime.com to tell us the pair/size you want in exchange. We will come back to you by e-mail to confirm its availability and we will then reserve this pair for you and send it to you as soon as we receive the initial order return.
The exchange will be sent by La Poste at Shoesissime's expense.
Items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled by the customer will not be accepted.
The return costs are borne by the customer from the second return or exchange.
Any other method of return used will be charged to the customer.

If you live abroad, the return costs are at your expense. The postal voucher is not provided.
