How to place an order ?
To place an order, several opportunities are available to you:

By Internet: Choose the items you wish to purchase by selecting the shoe size and clicking on "Add to cart". Once you have selected your products, go to the basket, validate your order by clicking on the "Validate my basket" button and let yourself be guided .

By Phone : Contact us at 09 81 09 88 00. An operator will take your order and you will be able to pay with your credit card by phone.

Go to our large size shoes store : Shoesissime - 237 Rue Saint-Martin - 75003 Paris.
When will I receive my order?
If you pay by credit card / Paypal :
All orders placed from Tuesday to Friday until 1pm are deposited at the shipping center the same day. This way you will receive your shoes :

within 48 hours in France,

within 3 to 8 days maximum for other destinations.
(Excluding w-e and public holidays).
Orders placed on Friday after 2pm and on weekends will be shipped the following Tuesday.
If you pay by bank transfer :
We transfer your package to the carrier on the day we receive your payment.
I am not satisfied with my order, can I exchange or get a refund?
Of course! Within 14 days of receipt of your package, you can request an exchange (subject to availability) or a refund.
If you order from Metropolitan France, the return is offered by Shoesissime. A prepaid return voucher is enclosed with your package (within the limit of a return). (Any other method of return used will be charged to the customer).
In the case of an exchange, we send the new pair at our expense (within the limit of an exchange).
What payment methods are accepted on the site?
The credit card: Visa, Mastercard or National, American Express .
At the time of payment, you switch to the secure site of our bank, Société Générale, to enter your bank details.
Paypal:
You can use your Paypal account, or pay via the Paypal platform with an American Express, Aurore, Cofinoga, Privilège or 4 stars card.
The transfer :
At the time of payment, select "Transfer".
Your order will be taken into account by our services and our bank details will be sent to you. Your shoes will be put aside until we receive your payment, and will be shipped to you upon receipt of it.
What are the delivery methods offered?
We use the services of La Poste, with So Colissimo.
A choice of 4 delivery solutions:
- Home delivery
- Livraison in your post office
- Livraison in a relay point
- Withdrawal of your order in our shop in Paris. In this case, no fees to pay.
