Valid for 1 year, the person will be able to choose the pair of shoes from 42 to 45 that suits him/her!

To offer a Shoesissime gift card, nothing could be easier! The gift card is valid for 1 year and can be used on our Shoesissime website or in our store in Paris.
1/ Select the amount of purchase you wish to offer.
2/Customize the gift card:
- If you want the person to receive the gift card by e-mail: fill in the fields above: Name, First name of the person to whom you offer the card, his/her e-mail address and the date you want us to send him/her the voucher, without forgetting your message. They will receive a personalized e-mail and the code allowing them to use their voucher.
- If you wish to offer the voucher yourself: fill in the fields above Name, First name of the person you are offering the card to, with YOUR e-mail address and the date. You will receive a personalized e-mail with the code to use the voucher.
Go to our website, in your customer account under "gift card". You will find the code to use and a PDF to print and give to your friend!
Delivery
Your order will be dispatched the same day for all orders placed from Monday to Friday before 1pm, otherwise the next day excluding weekends and public holidays.
Delivery of your shoes in mainland France takes 2-3 days by Colissimo to a point relais (€6.5), to your home (€8) or to a post office (€8).
You can also pick up your order free of charge at our Shoesissime store in Paris.

Return
You have 15 days to return an item that does not suit you.
For Metropolitan France, returns are free of charge. A prepaid postal voucher will be automatically enclosed with your parcel.
If your order has been delivered outside mainland France: returns are at your expense. For more information on our returns policy, Click Here.
