Your order will be dispatched the same day for all orders placed from Monday to Friday before midday, otherwise the next day excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed from Friday afternoon, saturday and sunday will be dispatched next Monday.
Delivery of your shoes in mainland France takes 2-3 days by Colissimo to a point relais (€6.5), to your home (€8) or to a post office (€8).
You can also pick up your order free of charge at our Shoesissime store in Paris.

For Metropolitan France, returns are free of charge. A prepaid postal voucher will be automatically enclosed with your parcel.
